My sister-in-law (living in Spain)  discovered a *** lump back in Feb, which turns out to be cancer, she has had this twice before by the way, Her husband died last year and  she has no relatives out there and she has only been in Spain for 5 years, we are trying to get her to move back to uk would she still be able to get. (or carry on) with treatment here as up to present nothing has been done and the lump is growing alll the time.

   They are uk born and bred and retired out to spain when her husband retired from the merchant navy, i wonder if anyone has any advice
