Housing Department of Harrow Council has made my father ROOFLESS, as they say that my father (who is 73 years old, critically ill and disabled) moved to London from Birmingham, was unreasobale and considered him to be INTENTIONALLY HOMELESS. My father moved to London to be closer to his family as there was no one left in Birmingham from his family and lived in a flat which was provided by the Harrow Council in London, but now Council evicted him from that flat and made him ROOFLESS, as a punishment that my father made himself INTENTIONALLY HOMELESS from his previous permanent accommodation in Birmingham. Even if it was a mistake to leave his permanent accommodation in Birmingham and move to London (INTENTIONALLY HOMELESS), he never made himself or intended to be ROOFLESS. IS IT REASONABLE FOR THE COUNCIL TO MAKE A 73 YEARS OLD, CRITICALLY ILL AND DISABLED MAN ROFLESS KNOWINGLY THAT HE IS ILL? More important issue is that, the above actions were only taken against my father after we made complaints against the ILL TREATMENT OF THE HOUSING DEPARTMENT. We welcome any comments from people who have suufered similar experiences and all others too.
