Are women aware that in the year 2010. Women can retire at the age of 60 and receive the full state pension, should they have made at least 30 years of National Insurance Contrbutions.
My wife at 63,has made 33 years of National Insurance Contrbutions and receives a reduced pension of £63.00 per week.
In the year 2010, she will not get a full state pension, but remain on this reduced amount.
Does this contravene the age discrimination legislation and discriminate against older women?
