I am registering a Property & Wealth Lasting power of Attorney
and would really appreciate if anyone could explain the actual mechanics of using it. For example do I just turn up at the Donors bank and investments company etc.

Is one issued with a certificate or do we have to lug around the whole 20 plus stamped pages document.
