I am self employed taxi driver and have been on P/C for 3 months due to ill health and have not worked.
I dont think or feel that I will ever be able to go back full time but wouldnt mind a few hours a week to get me out of the house as I am getting bored and I know I have to declare any money earned.
I would only want to work about 3 hours a day maybe 3/4 days a week and would imagine I would earn apprx £50/£60. I would obviously have the cost of diesel to pay which would bring the net pay down a little.
Would they accept my word about the monies earned as I would have no record or proof of takings?
