I tried today to get my claim form for my state pension which is due is August.  I was married for 31 years, worked when I left school in 1963 then married and worked in my ex-husbands buiness for 20 years, found out today that he did not pay my N.I. stamp, as I have remarried I can only claim £9.00 a week . Cannot do anything, they further say they have no record that I had 2 children and looker after aged parents who claimed attendance allowance for some 6 years, what to do next, god knows. this does not seem right.
