My aunt enquired about 'Help the Aged's' STAIRLIFTS as advertised nationally. What subsequently occured is a lengthy and interesting tale, but first I ask for comments about what appears to be a confusing identiy issue. 

Has anyone enquired about a stairlift in this way to discover that they are not actually dealing with Help the Aged?
