We have an assessment ,and granted a new system boiler.The survayor  told us Valiant were the best boilers.We asked for this boiler to be priced when doing costings We would pay any exra towards the costs..When the specification came in they had priced for Baxi boiler.

I spoke to the company who were the contractors,Orion Insulation  and Construction services, they told me to have a Valiant we would have to install a water softener.

Do you think they are fobbing me off
