Hello ive just got a job in a nursing home of mixed females/males 18+ althou youngest is in his 30's All with different needs.and i have a few ideas up my sleeve. But i would appreciate any ideas or web pages that are helpfull that could help me more. So they can have the fullest life they can for their abilities. Many thanks. emma
