I recently started this e-petition because i have been campaigning on carer and elderlycare and pensioners problems for sometime now, i discovered that lots of pensioners deprive themselves of food etc to pay for heating, council tax, the general basics of life, but food is something that lots of pensioners in this country go without, this week the government announced that they would be giving woman in their seventh month of pregnancy a special allowance for food, the government says that a good nutricous diet is vital to produce a healthy baby, likewise it is imperative that elderly people should be able to afford good nutricional food, therefor this e-petition demands that the government gives all pensioners a special allowance so they too can buy good nutritional fruit and veg, please sign this e-petition it has started off quite well, pensioners need support, please give it, thankyou.
