I work for a national charity as a Stock collector which is a phisically demanding post. Things were fine untill quite recently when new working practices were imposed. These include posting bags for a minimum period each day which I'm finding difficult to maintain as I'm over 60, not being allowed home during the day to use the loo (Im out on the road all day in the local area} and being put in a performance league table which includes much younger people.... I usually come near the bottom as Im probably not as fast as I was...this is very humiliating as it is circulated amongst all the other collectors and I feel that I'm working just as hard as they are. I recently had to face a disipliniary hearing for returning home to use the loo without permission and being unable to post bags for the required time each day .I do feel discriminated and humiliated because of my age and wonder what action I can take?
