The race
Now in its 25th year, the Help the Aged Leeds Abbey Dash is a unique 10k road race with a great atmosphere.
Every penny raised from the race makes a real and lasting difference to the lives of vulnerable older people.

Fundraising and sponsorship
This year, we're aiming to raise £200,000 from the Dash to help older people. Read tips on raising funds and getting sponsorship in our fundraising section
Where your money goes
Proceeds from the Dash will continue to fund a Help the Aged HandyVan in the Leeds and West Yorkshire area. The HandyVan service fits security devices to help older people feel safer in their homes.
