The SeniorLink service is simply a base unit with a button on it. Whenever you want to use the SeniorLink service, you either press the button on the base unit, or the accompanying pendant or wrist strap, which can be pressed from almost anywhere in the home or garden. The service is effective within 25m/82ft of the base unit.

You will then be automatically connected to the SeniorLink Response Centre, where our response team will be able to help, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and no query is too small.
