Campaigners handing out leafletsWhat we are doing

In 2009 we’ll be shouting out online and in person, calling on MPs and Lords to support and strengthen the Equality Bill.

Almost 20,000 people called on the Government to make ageism illegal as part of our Just Equal Treatment campaign.

We've staged photo stunts, lobbied MPs, protested outside Government ministries, launched an Early Day Motion, petitioned across the country and presented our petitions to the Cabinet. See what we've done in the photo gallery

Our Early Day Motion, calling for the Government to end age discrimination without delay, has been signed by 176 MPs.

This shows strong Parliamentary support for our calls but we need you to demand your MP takes new action to support and strengthen the Equality Bill. Email your MP now
