Older people face age discrimination everyday. A new law on age equality would give older people the same protection against age discrimination that currently exists against race, sex and disability discrimination.

Age discrimination is frequent and can affect all areas of older people's life: from when they go shopping or take public transport, to what services and opportunities are available to them.
In two weeks the government will make its decision on whether to ban ageism. Please take action to keep the pressure on.

Age discrimination is not acceptable and should not be tolerated.
