Older man in discussion

During May and early June, Age Concern and Help the Aged is holding a series of events for older people to learn more about how our supporters could work with us as volunteers, campaigners, focus group members and product advisers.

The events are being held in England on:

12 May - Preston
13 May - Newcastle-upon-Tyne
14 May - Grantham
15 May - Leeds
18 May – Birmingham
22 May - Taunton
26 May - London
27 May - Brighton
29 May – Cambridge
5 June - London

For each location‚ there will be two meetings - one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The morning event will last from 10.30am-12.30pm and the afternoon event from 2 pm - 4pm.

Lunch will be provided free of charge to everyone who takes part. All venues are accessible for people with disabilities and will have an induction loop.

Please note: There will also be a limited travel bursary.  You will be asked to state your interest in claiming a bursary when registering.
