How your legacy can make a difference
You can do something amazing. Your legacy can change the future for the most disadvantaged older people in society.
For every £10 we need to spend on delivering support in the community, £7 is left to us by people like you. Without your kindness, we simply couldn’t be there for the many thousands of people who need us every year.
We know how important it is that your legacy is spent wisely and well. You can be sure that by entrusting us with your legacy, you will make a genuine and positive difference to the most disadvantaged older people in society.

How to leave a legacy with Help the Aged
It is quick and simple to include a gift to Help the Aged in your existing will. You won’t even need to rewrite your will; a qualified solicitor can draft a codicil for a minimal cost.
To leave a share of your estate you may wish to leave Help the Aged a Residuary Legacy. This is a share in, or all of, what’s left of the value of your estate after all bills have been paid and all other legacies have been distributed.
If you would like to leave the Charity something other than money, describe the items fully.
