Hundreds of supporters got into the festive spirit with our A Star for Christmas carol concerts which took place in London, Leeds and Manchester this December.

A Star for Christmas in London

This year's event featured carol singing with readings and entertainment from celebrity guests including the legendary Sir Roger Moore. The celebrated Sylvia Young Theatre School also performed songs themed around the verse 'Twas the Night before Christmas'. All this took place in the stunning setting of St Paul's Church in Knightsbridge.

A Star for Christmas in Manchester

This new event took place in the beautiful Manchester Cathedral and featured the world-renowned voices of the Fron Male Voice Choir.

A Star for Christmas in Leeds

Taking place in the beautiful setting of one of England’s finest cathedrals, this was the first time A Star for Christmas had come to Leeds.

Money raised from these events will go towards vital Age Concern and Help the Aged services, including those aimed at directly tackling isolation among older people.
