This year, we are aiming to raise £200,000 from the Dash to help disadvantaged older people. We are asking everyone to raise £35 or more in order to smash our fundraising target!

Where your money goes
Your Leeds Abbey Dash fee only covers the event costs, so we rely on your sponsorship and donations to make a real difference to the lives of disadvantaged older people.
This year, proceeds from the Leeds Abbey Dash will fund a HandyVan in the Leeds and West Yorkshire area. HandyVans fit security devices in the homes of isolated older people helping them feel less vulnerable.

Collecting your sponsorship money
You can download a paying in form to complete and send to us with your sponsorship money. Remember we do not accept cash and cheques should be made payable to Help the Aged.
Please send us your sponsorship money by 31 January 2010. If you have used the JustGiving site however, you don't need to worry about sending us the money as they send it to us automatically.
