You can take part in a range of themed fundraising activities throughout the year.
Whether it’s a walk, a quiz or something festive, themed events are great fun and are simple to organise. The funds you raise will make a real difference to older people, helping them avoid the misery of poverty, isolation and neglect.

Hosting a quiz for your friends, family or colleagues this autumn will keep your mind active as well as raising money for Help the Aged.
