How much time do I have to give?
We will always try to be as flexible as possible however most volunteers come in for one or two four hour shifts a week.
How do I join the team?
The best way to become a volunteer with Help the Aged is to download and print the joining form on this page, take this with you into your local shop and speak to the shop manager. If you have the time, the manager will take you through a 'taster session' so you can see if volunteering is for you.
We look forward to you joining us.
