Experts by Experience

The pilot phase of the Experts by Experience project in England is now drawing to a close and feedback has been very positive. Our thanks to our  Experts in the North West who have contributed so much in making the pilot a success. We are now moving to the next stage and rolling the programme out across the other England regions. 

Experts by Experience are older people who will be trained and supported by Help the Aged to work alongside Commission for Social Care inspectors, contributing an independent voice by people who know what it is like to receive services themselves or to be carers of people receiving services.
