For over 40 years, Help the Aged has worked to support vulnerable older people on every continent.
By funding local organisations, our own projects and the Sponsor a Grandparent scheme, we provide support where it is most needed across 50 countries.
Help the Aged began life as an international agency. The Charity was established in 1961 to provide support for older refugees fleeing war-torn countries. Today our work is spread across Africa, Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Asia-Pacific.
