Our trained advisers can help with issues such as:
- Health, community and residential care.
- Social security and disability benefits.
- Housing options and adaptations.
- Finance and budgeting.
- Other information for older people.
SeniorLine will give options so callers can make an informed choice, and support callers to take action themselves.
When a case becomes too complex or difficult, or when a caller is unable to take a case further, our advisers will contact third parties on their behalf and work towards a resolution.
