Information Communication Technology (ICT) Trainer
The ICT team train the over-50s in basic computer skills with the aim of giving people new skills and stamp out fears of using the internet. We are looking for a trainer to commit to two hours a week for eight weeks to deliver training.
You will need a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and have good interpersonal skills. Training will be provided but experience of training others would be an advantage. Campaigns co-ordinator
In this role you will form part of the fundraising team, arranging for leaflets and campaign material to be distributed within their local community, and promote campaigns to both warm and cold contacts of the Charity. You will also help staff to organise campaign launch events and promotional events for campaigns.
You should be comfortable taking on a range of tasks and have good communication skills. You will need to have your own car. Full training and support will be given.

Can Collector
Help us to raise vital funds for Help the Aged by collecting money for us. You will form part of the Fundraising team, placing and emptying collecting cans.
You need to keep accurate records of where cans are located and how much money was collected from each one. You will be responsible for banking the money from collected. You must ensure all locations where cans are placed are thanked and certificates awarded, and that the overall appearance of the cans creates a positive image of Help the Aged.
Part of this role is also to promote the services of Help the Aged within Northern Ireland. You will need a good knowledge of your local area. You should have basic administration skills and good numeracy skills, and be able to keep accurate records. Full training and support will be given.

Gifts in Memory Co-ordinator
We are looking for someone top act as an ambassador in their local area to work as part of the Fundraising team to help raise vital funds for Help the Aged through donations given in memory of people. You will need to build good relationships with local funeral directors, by writing, telephoning or meeting them in person and maintain and update the database. You will also be responsible for thanking all donors.
You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable writing in an appropriate and often sympathetic manner. You should be able to travel within your local area and have a good knowledge of it. Full training and support will be given.

Mail Out Co-ordinator
Assist the Fundraising team by helping with large mail outs and carrying out some general administration duties as needed. You need basic IT and admin skills and to be numerate. You must be comfortable working as part of a team, while being able to work on you own initiative. Full training and support will be given.
